Research Interests
My research activities focus on the large-scale circulation of the ocean-atmosphere system and its role in shaping the Earth's climate. Current scientific projects include interactions between ice-sheets and the atmospheric circulation and the dynamics of the thermohaline circulation.
- Climate dynamics; including research carried out in the Bert Bolin Centre for Climate Research
