Master Courses for Chemists
and Environmental Scientists

All courses in our education programme are open for students from
fields other than meteorology, provided that you fulfill the special
eligibility requirements. We also offer master courses that are particularly
suitable for students within environmental sciences and chemistry.
These course give a deep insight into climate and environmental issues
from an atmospheric, oceanographic and geological perpsective:
- BioGeoChemical
Cycles, 7.5 hp or 15 hp.
A joint course with the Department of Geological Sciences.
The course is given in two versions: 15 hp fulltime studies including a larger project work
as well as 7.5 hp halftime studies without the project work.
The next course is scheduled for spring 2011.
- Atmospheric Chemistry and its Impact on Climate Change,
15 hp (MO7002).
A master course especielly designed for master students in environmental sciences
and environmental chemistry.
The course is scheduled November 2010 - January 2011.
- Global
Climate System, 15 hp (MO7003).
A global perspective on the climate with applied research activities.
The course is scheduled November 2010 - January 2011.

to apply for these courses directly at the Department of Meteorology.
All three courses are also suitable for Ph.D. students.
