How to go from Arlanda airport to Stockholm University and the city center.
1) Taxi is the easiest way. At the desk "Flygtaxi" you can ask for a
taxi or just go outside the terminal building. The address which you shall
give the taxi driver is Arrhenius Laboratory, Svante Arrhenius väg
12. Price: ~ 400 SEK.
2) Another convenient way is to take the airport
coach from Arlanda towards Cityterminalen, Stockholm and ask the bus
driver to call for a taxi,"flygbusstaxi". The taxi will wait for you at
the bus stop.
3) The cheapest alternative is to take the airport coach all the way
to City-terminalen and then take the subway ("tunnelbana") to the university,
follow the instructions below.
4) There is also a fast train service Arlanda
Express which will bring you from Arlanda to the Central Station.
How to go from the Central Station and City Terminalen to Stockholm University.
Follow the T-signs to the subway station T-Centralen. Enter a train towards Mörby Centrum (line 23 and 24) from platform 3. The stop at which you get off the train is "Universitetet". See more information about the Stockholm Transport.
